Rotary Exchange Students to Ecuador - 2017.
The process for obtaining a Visa is:
- Register at: http://consuladovirtual.gob.ec
- You will be sent a user and a password with which you enter: http://consuladovirtual.gob.ec/web/guest/registro-usuario/
- Apply for the visa the student's representative (mother and father), fill in the student's data and upload the documents in pdf files and attach a photo in JPG format.
- If the information is complete, the payment of the application ($ 50)
- The appointment is scheduled, but before this ensures that the Visa is paid, so that the day of the interview is ready to finish filling the data and deliver the visa.
You must always be entering with your system key to complete the requirements and place send.

Jvf. pkt. 5. ovenfor, skal der efterfølgende bestilles tid til et interview på ambassaden
Ambassaden skriver således:
…….. now the law provides that the Visa is delivered personally. We can coordinate so that at least 3 days before the interview, the Visa has been paid and on the same day you can deliver it. The representative (mother and father) and student must be present.
Desuden skriver ambassaden :
Dear Mr. /Miss - if you are minors, the application must be signed by the legal representative (mother father), and the visa is delivered after the interview, personally at the Consulate of Ecuador in Stockholm.
