Youth hostel and if arriving early or leaving late accomodation in a family.
Clothes
Casual clothings. Sneakers, swimsuit, clothes for outdoor activities.
Camp Fee
Participants will have to pay a 150 Euro fee to attend the camp:

Other costs
Participants will have to pay for their trip to/from Sweden. They should also bring a reasonable
amount of pocket-money, we use Swedish krona (SEK and VISA-card is accepted).
Arrival
Sunday 9th of July. Gothenburg (Landvetter Airport) or Borås railway station.
A representative from Rotary will be at the airport/station to provide assistance and transportation to/from the camp.

Travel insurance for Rotary Youth Exchange Student
Included. According to Rotary International´s criteria. Please note! With your application you should also send your passport data, needed for the insurance issue. Make sure that you have valid visum if necessary.
Applicants is urged to fill out the forms 2-fold (of the Rotary Youth Exchange Short-Term Exchange Program (STEP) Application) and then please return it to the above mentioned address.
More invitations are being sent out than applicants can be accepted. The applicants will be accepted in the order of arrival of their applications until an acceptable number of participants has been reached. After the closing date reserved places will be offered to other countries/districts. We are looking forward to the participants from your country/district.
