Age & Gender:
Males and females 16 - 24 years of age (Born between 1995-2003)
Participants:
30 international participants and 30 members of local high school/colledge Orchestra
More than one representative per country can be accepted.

Language:
English.
Program:
Participants will attend two weeks of rehearsals, culture and languages program.
Rehearsals and music classes directed by 姜智譯Roger Chih-1 Chiang. At the end will
perform in a public classical music performances as the Rotary District D3502 International
Youth Symphony in Taoyuan Arts Center.
They will visit Taoyuan/Taipei area. There will be recreation with excursions, beaches
in northern Taiwan, etc.
Cost:
Participants will have to pay a registration fee of USD$650 after acceptance and travel costs
to and from Taiwan. They also should bring adequate pocket money.
All other costs will be covered by the host district.
Insurance:
All participants must be insured against illness, accident and third party damages
according to Rotary International recommendations.
Clothing:
Casual and formal. You need sports clothes and walking shoes. In the concert you'II
need white top & black bottom (See Appendex for dress code)

Every effort will be made to include applicants from unrepresented countries if the
required level of ability is met.
