PROGRAMME:

During this “moving-around” youth camp you discover various cultural and natural parts of Estonia, including major cities, beaches, national park, several museums, folk festival and healthy activities. Our “pearl” of the camp is the participation in Estonian biggest, Viljandi folk festival,

Our camp program is designed to meet the needs of a modern youth to find the positive within oneself and make friends with students all over the world!
During the camp we will be living either in shared 6-10 person rooms or smaller, boys and girls in separate rooms.

EQUIPMENT:

Please pay attention to your personal medication and suitable clothing. Note that the weather is often windy in the island. The daytime temperature is normally between 15 – 25 degrees, sometimes up to 30 Celsius. Water temperature is around 20 C. Take your swimming suite with you along with clothes and shoes to do some sports

CAMP FEE:

150 EUR

OTHER COSTS:

Participants pay their own costs to and from Tallinn and shall have their own pocket money. Organizing team will meet the student in the airport and will take care of all ground transportations in Estonia. Fee includes all lodging, food and events!

INSURANCE:

Participants must have a valid insurance policy in case of sickness and injury. We urge the student to purchase the insurance from CISI Bolduc which is approved by Rotary. Select “Plan B” from the offered options.

APPLICATIONS:

The applicant must use the official Rotary Youth Exchange – Short-Term
Exchange Program (STEP) Application form when applying to the camp.
The deadline for the applications is 15th April, 2017.
